- What counts as an interaction?
- One captured conversation your agents had — a call, a chat, an email thread — decoded and judged. Payloads not yet decoded are kept as evidence and never count against your cap.
- What happens if I go over?
- Nothing stops. Capture and judging continue exactly as before — we will never silently drop your monitoring over a cap. You get a note at 80% and at 100%, and if the volume is the new normal, we'll suggest the plan that fits.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- The trial is 14 days, full features, no card. If you don't pick a plan when it ends, judging and the daily digest pause — but capture keeps running for 14 more days so you lose nothing by deciding late, and your findings history stays readable either way. The record is yours.
- Why flat per business instead of per agent?
- Because the point of Anzuna is that you automate more and stay accountable. A per-agent bill would punish exactly the behavior the product exists to make safe.
