What we collect, and why.

Anzuna monitors the AI agents a business runs and reports on their behavior. That means we process two very different kinds of data: information about you (the business account), and the conversations your AI agentshave — which may include your customers’ personal information. This policy covers both.
Account data
When you sign up we collect your name, email address, and organization details through Clerk, our authentication provider. Billing details are collected and stored by Stripe; we never see full card numbers. We use account data to run your account, send you the reports you signed up for (like the daily digest), and respond when you contact us.
Monitored conversation data
When you connect an agent platform, that platform sends us conversation payloads — transcripts, summaries, call metadata — which we store as immutable evidence records, judge against your rulebook, and report back to you. These conversations may contain personal information about your customers. For that data, you are the controller and Anzuna is a processor acting on your instructions: we use it only to provide the monitoring service to you, never for advertising, and we never sell it.
Monitoring starts only after you confirm, during onboarding, that you have the consents and notices your jurisdiction requires for recording and monitoring customer conversations. That confirmation is recorded in your organization’s append-only ledger, and notice templates are provided in the app.
Retention
The evidence record is the product: raw captured payloads, derived conversations, findings, and your organization’s trust ledger are retained for as long as your organization exists, because an audit trail that quietly loses history isn’t one. When your organization is deleted, its data is deleted with it, subject to short backup-rotation windows at our hosting providers.
Isolation
Every organization’s data is isolated with database row-level security. Members of your organization see your data; nobody else’s organization can.
Subprocessors
We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service. Each processes data only as needed for its role:
- Vercel — application hosting and web analytics (cookieless)
- Neon — database hosting
- Anthropic — LLM processing of monitored conversations for judgment and summaries
- Clerk — authentication and organization management
- Stripe — subscription billing
- Resend — transactional email (digests, alerts) and inbound capture email
- Sentry — error monitoring
- Inngest — background job orchestration
Cookies and analytics
The app uses strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions (Clerk). Our marketing pages use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. We do not run advertising trackers, and because no non-essential cookies are set, there is no cookie banner to click.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account data by contacting us. If you are a customer of a business that uses Anzuna and have questions about a conversation of yours that may have been monitored, contact that business — they control that data; we process it for them.
