Terms of service

The deal, plainly.

The service

Anzuna monitors the AI agents your business runs: it captures the conversations your platforms send it, checks them against the rules you write, and reports findings — including estimated dollar impact — to you. Anzuna observes and reports; it does not operate, modify, or speak for your agents.

Your account

You need an account and an organization to use the service. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Seats and roles inside your organization are yours to manage.

Your responsibilities

You confirm — through the consent step during onboarding — that you have the rights, consents, and notices your jurisdiction requires to record and monitor the conversations you connect (for example, call-recording consent laws). You are responsible for the content of your rulebook and for the decisions you take on findings. Do not use the service to monitor conversations you have no right to monitor.

Your data

Your organization’s data — captured evidence, conversations, findings, and the trust ledger — belongs to your business. We process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, and we never sell it. The ledger is append-only by design; the service is built so history is not rewritten.

Findings are estimates, not advice

Findings are produced by automated review, including large language models, against the rules you provide. Dollar figures marked with a tilde (~) are estimates. Findings can be wrong or incomplete — the product surfaces its own uncertainty on purpose — and nothing in the service is legal, financial, or compliance advice. Coverage depends on what your platforms actually send; your coverage map states exactly what’s watched, and how.

Billing

Paid plans are billed by subscription through Stripe. You can manage or cancel from the billing portal in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We may change pricing with notice before your next renewal.

Acceptable use

No reselling the service without an agreement, no probing or disrupting the infrastructure, no submitting content you have no right to submit, and no using the service to violate the law.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical. On deletion, your data is removed as described in the privacy policy.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including decisions made, or not made, based on findings.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
